In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Document all master data fields in relevant systems.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate updates of master data.
  • Communicate data changes to involved parties.
  • Support master data for projects and process improvements.
  • Verify master data accuracy and report issues.
  • Process monthly incentive compensation adjustments.
  • Prepare incentive compensation for manager approval.
  • Resolve process improvement and compensation disputes.
  • Act as Help Desk for sales-related inquiries.
  • Handle ad-hoc data requests and additional duties.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or IT.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in data maintenance or sales compensation administration.

You would benefit from having:

  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Teamwork skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
