In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Document master data fields within relevant systems rigorously.
  • Oversee processes to consistently update master data with appropriate approvals.
  • Communicate data changes to all stakeholders.
  • Support projects and business processes with master data management.
  • Check data accuracy and report issues for higher-level review.
  • Execute monthly incentive compensation processes.
  • Prepare monthly compensation payouts for managerial approval.
  • Offer solutions for process improvements and dispute resolutions.
  • Serve as Help Desk for sales organization issues.
  • Handle ad-hoc data requests and other assigned duties.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or IT.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in data maintenance or sales compensation administration.

You would benefit from having:

  • Proficient computer skills including MS Access and Excel.
  • Experience in team environments.
  • Detail-oriented with basic analytical skills.
