In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and Workforce Analytics teams to provide business insights.
- Maintain and support HR reports and operational regulatory reports.
- Translate business requirements into analytic approaches for projects.
- Design and implement reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders and support informed decisions.
- Educate users on analytic tools and reports.
- Develop automated solutions using tools like Power BI.
- Ensure data integrity through quality control activities.
- Streamline HR processes with automated workflows.

This role requires you to have:
- Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Statistics, IT, Computer Science, or HR.
- Experience with data analytics, process automation, or HR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
- Report development using Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in data cleaning and presenting to stakeholders.
