In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR and Workforce Analytics teams to provide business insights.
• Maintain and support HR reports and operational regulatory reports.
• Translate business requirements into analytic approaches for projects.
• Design and implement reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and support informed decisions.
• Educate users on analytic tools and reports.
• Develop automated solutions using tools like Power BI.
• Ensure data integrity through quality control activities.
• Streamline HR processes with automated workflows.

This role requires you to have:

• Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Statistics, IT, Computer Science, or HR.
• Experience with data analytics, process automation, or HR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
• Report development using Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in data cleaning and presenting to stakeholders.
