The Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role within the Global Market Intelligence & Customer Insights & Analytics team, focusing on data-driven insights and collaboration across multiple sectors of Olympus.

• Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders to identify data-driven business solutions.
• Integrate and consolidate data sources across global medical parameters.
• Develop scalable data architectures and maintain centralized databases.
• Design data collection and reporting tools to enhance data processes.
• Extract and compile data to support strategic business functions.
• Standardize data elements to support frequent analytics.
• Implement dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Manage timelines and budgets for data-driven projects.
• Communicate data insights and strategic recommendations globally.
• Work with IT for effective data management.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data-related roles
• Hands-on experience with ETL and SQL
• Proficiency in Python or R
• Project management experience
• Experience in the healthcare or related industries
