Oneida Innovations Group, an enterprise owned by the Oneida Indian Nation, manages several business ventures with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Known for a sophisticated and customer-centric approach, especially in the casino and hospitality domains, the Group is seeking a Program Data Analyst. This remote position is newly established to support growth in federal contracting, requiring the analysis of financial and program data.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop executive-level presentations on program status, utilizing templates and metric-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with Finance and PMs on budget development and monthly tracking.
• Optimize program profitability by actively managing costs and cash flow.
• Analyze data trends to identify risks and coordinate risk mitigation strategies.
• Perform cost, schedule, and contract variance analyses to support program financial deliverables.
• Aid Finance and Contracts in tracking and reporting contract funding.
• Participate in DCMA and DCAA audits as required.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline
• Five years experience as a Program Analyst in Federal contracts
• Proficiency in financial tracking and Program Control
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Expertise in business metric development and data visualization
• Advanced MS Office and project management software skills
