In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Transform raw data into meaningful analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytic requirements
- Develop dashboards and reports to enhance service delivery performance
- Establish and maintain business partnerships for decision support
- Document data requirements and make actionable recommendations
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and analyses

This role requires you to have:
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics or quantitative roles
- Advanced knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server/Oracle)
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, QlickView, Microsoft Power BI
