Online Technical Services is seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analyst/Data Warehouse Consultant to contribute to crucial initiatives in the Integrated Justice System and BI Platform Modernization. This position is crucial for the design and development of relational data models and ensuring the seamless transition of reports and dashboards into production. Based in San Jose, CA, this role involves collaboration with development teams and communication with key stakeholders.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and develop relational data models at various stages.
• Map user interfaces to database fields for development support.
• Develop, design, and transition reports and dashboards to production.
• Conduct peer reviews and offer constructive feedback.
• Document processes, including knowledge capture and diagram creation.
• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with peers and stakeholders.

• Experience with relational databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
• Experience with Power BI Report Server and Power BI Service
• Understanding of CJIS, public safety, and justice systems datasets
