In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and account managers to deliver data solutions for pharmacy operations.
- Explore data to identify patterns, insights, and support business decisions.
- Manage tasks assigned by supervisors, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Contribute to enhancing reporting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
- Learn and apply new software tools under guidance, such as SAS and Python.

This role requires you to have:
- 1+ years of data analysis experience with a curiosity for exploring data and identifying insights.
- 1+ years of proficiency in SQL for data querying and management.
- Experience in both ad-hoc and recurring report development.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating on team projects.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience analyzing pharmacy claims data and PBM datasets.
- Experience with process improvements.
- Familiarity with SAS Enterprise Guide and basics of SAS coding.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Understanding of data governance and management best practices.
- Willingness to learn tools such as Python and Databricks.
