In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and account managers to deliver data solutions for pharmacy operations.
• Explore data to identify patterns, insights, and support business decisions.
• Manage tasks assigned by supervisors, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Contribute to enhancing reporting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
• Learn and apply new software tools under guidance, such as SAS and Python.

This role requires you to have:

• 1+ years of data analysis experience with a curiosity for exploring data and identifying insights.
• 1+ years of proficiency in SQL for data querying and management.
• Experience in both ad-hoc and recurring report development.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating on team projects.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience analyzing pharmacy claims data and PBM datasets.
• Experience with process improvements.
• Familiarity with SAS Enterprise Guide and basics of SAS coding.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI.
