In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and process data to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, including outliers and missing values.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to discover patterns and relationships.
- Manage data ingestion pipelines and troubleshoot data-related errors.
- Translate complex analyses into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize processes and strategic decisions.
- Develop tools for improved operational efficiency and business performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of analysis methods and findings.
- Ensure confidentiality when working with PHI/PII data.

This role requires you to have:
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics.
- Experience with intermediate to advanced SQL techniques.
- Proficiency in Python for script reading and adjustments.
- Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization.
- Strong data analysis and quality practice knowledge.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables.
You would benefit from having:

- Experience with ETL practices and database structures.
