In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and process data to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, including outliers and missing values.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to discover patterns and relationships.
• Manage data ingestion pipelines and troubleshoot data-related errors.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize processes and strategic decisions.
• Develop tools for improved operational efficiency and business performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of analysis methods and findings.
• Ensure confidentiality when working with PHI/PII data.

This role requires you to have:

• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics.
• Experience with intermediate to advanced SQL techniques.
• Proficiency in Python for script reading and adjustments.
• Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization.
• Strong data analysis and quality practice knowledge.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables.
