In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement predictive models and data science solutions.
• Facilitate data transformations for actuarial and predictive modeling in various healthcare lines.
• Design and implement machine learning algorithms for classification and regression.
• Generate actionable insights and develop solutions for Optum clients.
• Maintain model monitoring processes and ensure high-quality documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support ad-hoc analytics.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's or Ph.D. in STEM
• 1+ years of data science experience
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Expertise in business applications with regression, classification, machine learning, NLP, or deep learning.
