In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze regulatory and business requirements along with complex datasets
• Create technical software specifications and collaborate with developers to implement changes
• Test software to ensure implemented changes are accurate
• Design and implement quality assurance procedures
• Manage software release activities
• Provide training and documentation for product updates
• Troubleshoot product inquiries and write relevant documentation

This role requires you to have:

• 2+ years of experience with dataset comparison and analysis
• 2+ years in software development processes
• Experience with EDI and healthcare data structures
• Ability to create test cases and ensure software accuracy
• Proficiency in Word and Excel with the ability to learn new tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to understand regulatory language
• Excellent communication skills
