In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Access and review data on acute RCM practices
• Ensure accurate data documentation related to revenue
• Assess and interpret the needs and requirements of customers
• Identify solutions to unique requests and problems
• Solve and analyze moderately complex data issues
• Translate theoretical concepts into practical applications
• Offer in-depth explanations on challenging issues
• Act as a mentor to less experienced team members

This role requires you to have:

• 8+ years of experience as a Data or Business Analyst
• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management analytics
• 2+ years of experience presenting data trends, values, and metrics

You would benefit from having:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience in data visualization
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
