In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Review programs and analytic reports to minimize delays and avoid rework.
• Monitor report development focusing on critical analysis and quality assurance.
• Document requirements, processes, and user guides to enhance report development accuracy.
• Develop and document business, analysis, and data requirements.
• Gather information to evaluate operational objectives and output formats.
• Create quality assurance documentation and report on system capabilities.
• Coordinate multiple projects/requests ensuring timely completion.
• Research data sources for medical information analytics and reporting.
• Analyze data, reports, and processes to evaluate and prioritize changes.
• Suggest modifications to improve systems based on current practices.
• Identify problems and recommend improved procedures.
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and recommend actions.
• Serve as subject matter expert on reporting, maintaining user confidence.
• Shift priorities rapidly and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Interact effectively with various business departments and external clients.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years of experience in business/finance analysis
• Knowledge of relational databases and structures
• Experience documenting business requirements
• Background in provider office or managed care
• Understanding of business data systems
