In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Stratify clinical documentation systems to determine clinical review and coding accuracy needs
• Develop process controls for file transfers and data processes
• Support completeness of Optum Health documentation with data-driven analytics
• Show proficiency in project scope understanding, data extraction, and statistical methods
• Merge and scrub data from diverse sources to demonstrate program impact
• Utilize statistical and analytic software for solution building and data interpretation
• Write and comprehend SQL/SAS queries for statistical analysis
• Collaborate as a leading analytic contributor within the team

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years experience with relational databases like SQL, Oracle, Teradata
• 3+ years using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• 3+ years in Healthcare Industry or in claims experience
• Intermediate proficiency with SAS/SQL queries
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills
