• Analyze regulatory and business requirements for Medicare payment software
• Develop technical software specifications
• Collaborate with developers to implement software changes
• Test software to ensure accurate implementation of changes
• Design quality assurance procedures
• Manage software release activities
• Conduct product and regulatory training
• Address regulatory and product inquiries
• Draft documentation for product updates
