Orange County Superior Court presents an opportunity for Data Analysts to engage in pivotal data analysis tasks within their Business Analytics Team. This role is integral in optimizing business operations through innovative data reporting and strategic planning. The team collaborates across the court to provide crucial decision support and ensure effective data-centric solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Utilize analytic principles to gather and analyze data supporting court optimization efforts.
• Provide data management and reporting to support court operations.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and perform impact analysis.
• Participate in meetings and projects to support data-driven decisions.
• Support courtwide analytics, statewide reporting, and administrative oversight.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in data/statistical analysis and reporting.
