Oriental is looking for an Analyst in Customer Intelligence to enhance data analysis and visualization strategies. This role exists to improve statistical efficiency and deliver actionable data insights. The analyst will play a key role in creating and managing dashboards and communicating findings to various units. Based in San Juan, PR, this position operates on a hybrid model.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze unit results to generate insights and data visualization metrics.
• Identify and interpret trends in complex data sets.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to share findings and recommendations.
• Act as a liaison among partner units for data and improvement needs.
• Identify new process improvement opportunities based on data insights.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agency standards.
• Support internal stakeholders by addressing concerns and future needs.
