The role of Product Experience Analyst was created to ensure top-notch product quality, effectively analyzing user needs and supporting continuous product enhancements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive product testing, including smoke and regression tests.
• Collaborate with Agile/SAFe teams to maintain quality throughout development.
• Analyze, document, and translate user requirements into functional specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business users and development teams.
• Identify system deficiencies and provide expert technical support.
• Document and communicate the issues and solutions to stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Comprehensive knowledge of credit union and lending systems.
• Experience in software, system, quality, and business analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and MS Office tools.
