Ossinc Clinical Research Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Data Analyst who will play a pivotal role in streamlining business processes and improving system efficiency. This role involves collaborating with various departments to propose and implement data governance strategies. The ideal candidate will drive automation using advanced data analytical tools.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
• Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities by streamlining business processes
• Work with programmers, engineers, and management to identify process improvement opportunities
• Implement development, testing, automation, and predictive advanced data analytical tools
• Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
• Troubleshoot and fix automation code bugs
• Integrate code, build, and test functions for smooth RPA build cycle management
• Encourage and build automated processes across business divisions
• Identify and deploy information security and data confidentiality measures
• Perform process and program control management and root cause analysis
• Support multi-automation platforms and advanced analytical tools development
• Drive Lean Six Sigma Projects across functions for client projects
• Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets
• Assign numerical values to essential business functions to assess and compare business performance
• Analyze local, national, and global trends impacting the organization and industry
• Prepare reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions

Position located in Gaithersburg, MD with travel to other locations within the US. Bachelor's degree in any field required. Two years of experience in a related occupation needed.
