In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and manage data assets like KPI definitions, data pipelines, and dashboards.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to enhance KPIs and integrate changes into roadmaps.
• Construct quantitative frameworks and methodologies to improve experimental analyses.
• Define KPIs, create data foundations, and implement visualizations to assess document indexing performance.
• Work with product teams to enhance measurement techniques and improve user experience with search functionalities.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• 6+ years of industry experience (less with advanced degrees).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with modern data stacks like dbt.
• Background in statistical modeling and defining product KPIs.
