In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead and interpret project designs, analysis, and recommendations across departments.
- Act as a technical leader, promoting best practices in tools and processes.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, providing insights to leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to explore new analytical opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and conduct ad hoc analyses as needed.
- Create growth forecast models to aid in strategic planning.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for robust data instrumentation.
- Perform ETLs as necessary.

This role requires you to have:
- 8+ years of experience in data science projects.
- Master's or PhD in a quantitative field.
- Advanced skills in SQL and Python.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proven leadership in data science initiatives.
