In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead and interpret project designs, analysis, and recommendations across departments.
• Act as a technical leader, promoting best practices in tools and processes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, providing insights to leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to explore new analytical opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and conduct ad hoc analyses as needed.
• Create growth forecast models to aid in strategic planning.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for robust data instrumentation.
• Perform ETLs as necessary.

This role requires you to have:

• 8+ years of experience in data science projects.
• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Advanced skills in SQL and Python.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proven leadership in data science initiatives.
