In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and validate data analysis for reporting and develop recurring data analysis tools.
• Educate peers on data assumptions and calculation methods.
• Standardize data collection, analysis, and visualization methods.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance industry knowledge.
• Interpret data to identify trends and drive improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 2-5 years of experience in data analytics or process improvement
• Proficient in statistical analysis methods and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in BI software like Tableau or PowerBI
• Programming skills in SQL and Python
