The Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in the Business Intelligence team, supporting the collective mission to advocate for individuals with I/DD. The position requires collaboration with various departments to ensure the quality and compliance of data, contributing to a shared vision of inclusivity and positive health outcomes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Utilize SQL, Power BI, and Excel for data reporting and visualization
• Develop data queries for integration and validation across multiple sources
• Create dashboards and reports to deliver business insights
• Identify data correlations and provide actionable insights
• Ensure accuracy and relevance of reports for end-users
• Consult with departments to gather report requirements
• Train users on dashboards to enhance data literacy
• Collaborate with IT for data quality and compliance
• Document query processes and reporting methods
• Complete tasks as directed and participate in committees

This role comes with the following benefits:

This role requires you to have:

• Intermediate expertise with SQL
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum two years in data programming or analysis

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with R, Python, or C#
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS
• Understanding of data mining and statistical methods
