In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Acquire and format data from various source systems using Microsoft Excel or SQL.
• Validate and clean data via reports and conversion tools.
• Prepare mapping lists, including carriers and plan types.
• Lead data review sessions to ensure completeness and quality.
• Manage timelines and meet project milestones.
• Identify and resolve data conversion issues.
• Collaborate on conversion tooling requirements with the development team.
• Provide recommendations during the implementation process for successful conversion.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology.
• 3+ years in insurance agency management.
• Experience implementing insurance operating systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Data extraction with Excel or SQL.
• Previous data conversion experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Analytical skills and independent work capability.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% annually.
