In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake and DBT.
• Develop components of the Paylocity Data Platform and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product management teams.
• Create and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for the data platform.
• Mentor and share knowledge with team members across the organization.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong SQL skills
• Python programming
• Experience with AWS services like EMR and Lambda
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
