The role of a Senior Analyst, People Analytics, and Data focuses on delivering key reporting solutions and metrics for the HR division. This position is part of a supportive HRIS team and reports to the Director of People Systems, contributing significantly to the technology portfolio involving Workday HCM and other platforms.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage daily reporting tasks and support report inquiries and requests.
- Develop new Workday HCM dashboards for employees and HR team members.
- Define and develop key metrics and recommend proper delivery tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and analyze business issues.
- Perform data analysis using simple to complex statistical methods.
- Present insights compellingly to diverse audience tiers within the organization.
- Work with IT teams to enhance data integrity and KPI reporting.
- Lead data projects, including planning, requirement gathering, and deployment.
- Stay updated on latest industry practices in People analytics.
- Provide training and guidance on reporting and analytics to end-users.
- Comply with data privacy and security policies.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
- At least 4 years of HR data analytics experience with strong HRMS knowledge.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM reporting and dashboard development.
- Experience integrating HR applications with data warehouses.
- Excellent analytics skills for data interpretation and recommendations.
- Experience in project phases including SDLC or Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Workday Pro Certification.
- Advanced Power BI skills.
- Experience with ATS, Learning and Talent systems.
