PDS Health is a pioneer in healthcare solutions, continually seeking to advance their People/HR analytics. In this role, the Senior Analyst will provide crucial analytical insights and support the HRIS team in developing strategic reporting solutions using tools such as Workday HCM and Power BI. The position calls for collaboration with business leaders to create impactful dashboards and reports that guide decision-making.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver a range of People/HR reports using Workday and Power BI.
- Develop new dashboards and improve existing ones for employees and managers.
- Define and develop business and predictive metrics for People/HR functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to present data insights that influence decisions.
- Analyze data using various statistical methods.
- Create compelling data visualizations and presentations.
- Identify data discrepancies and recommend solutions.
- Lead data/analytics projects through planning to deployment.
- Participate in HR analytics forums and innovate PDS's analytics approach.
- Provide training and guidance in reporting and analytics.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of experience.
- 4+ years in People/HR data analytics with expertise in Workday HCM.
- Experience integrating HRMS applications with data warehouses.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
- Proficient in project methodologies such as SDLC or Agile.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience in healthcare or retail sectors.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Workday Pro Certified and familiarity with Workday Prism.
- Expertise in Power BI.
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
