In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze stakeholder needs and generate requirements for new or improved processes.
• Design, develop, document, test, and maintain dashboards, queries, and reports for KPIs.
• Respond to data requests from internal stakeholders by creating accurate SQL queries.
• Build scalable solutions for operational, reporting, and analytical data needs.
• Innovate methods for accessing and analyzing data.
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure data product quality.
• Understand data to grasp downstream effects.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• 2+ years in Data/Business Analyst roles.
• Experience in the finance industry, preferably FinTech.
• 2+ years of SQL knowledge and experience with transactional and relational databases.
• Ability to research and analyze raw data.
• Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Sisense, Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or PowerBI).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset.
