In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize workload while communicating status updates.
- Perform analyses to evaluate product performance and provide actionable insights.
- Document workflows and business processes.
- Support strategies for growth using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Prepare materials for rate and form filings.
- Develop tools for efficiency in metrics analysis.
- Assist in product and rating reviews.
- Manage small to medium projects.
- Generate reports and analysis to meet department objectives.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or similar field.
- 1 year of experience in property and casualty insurance.
- 3+ years in analytical roles related to insurance product pricing.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and precision in tasks.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with SQL and data modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication skills in technical and non-technical contexts.
You would benefit from having:
