In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize workload while communicating status updates.
• Perform analyses to evaluate product performance and provide actionable insights.
• Document workflows and business processes.
• Support strategies for growth using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Prepare materials for rate and form filings.
• Develop tools for efficiency in metrics analysis.
• Assist in product and rating reviews.
• Manage small to medium projects.
• Generate reports and analysis to meet department objectives.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or similar field.
• 1 year of experience in property and casualty insurance.
• 3+ years in analytical roles related to insurance product pricing.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and precision in tasks.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SQL and data modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent communication skills in technical and non-technical contexts.
