The role involves leveraging advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions to drive business value. As a leading member of the Enterprise Data Team, the position collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and data analytics expertise.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on complex business problems and advanced analytics solutions.
• Autonomously conduct end-to-end complex statistical model creation and manage internal control processes for model development.
• Collaborate with data scientists and other teams for project planning and solution deployment.
• Mentor junior team members in model development and validation.
• Lead the development and maintenance of advanced risk models using machine learning and statistical methods.
• Standardize documentation and model implementation processes.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering for efficient data management and integration.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics within the organization.
• Effectively communicate model development processes with senior management and stakeholders.
• Enhance data governance and security with cross-functional teams.

This role requires you to have:

• Ph.D. or Master's in a quantitative field with a focus on statistical modeling or data science.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in statistical models and advanced data analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages like SQL, SAS, Python, and R.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and implement rapid changes.
• Strong data analysis skills and understanding of complex forecasting models.
