Known for pioneering technological solutions, the People Search division seeks a strategic Payments & BI Analyst to support its subscription-based model by optimizing revenue and minimizing fraud risks through collaborative cross-functional efforts.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze revenue data and business metrics to identify optimization trends.
• Develop and maintain financial models for performance tracking and forecasting.
• Extract insights from datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau.
• Monitor payment processing trends, optimizing approval rates and reducing failures.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize pricing models and billing success rates.
• Manage payment processor relationships, ensuring seamless operations.
• Implement automated tools to streamline reconciliation and reporting workflows.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or payments analytics.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel.
• Experience with payment processing and fraud prevention.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
