In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and projections.
• Create and modify data visualization dashboards and reports.
• Develop a library of position descriptions.
• Administer relational databases.
• Normalize and integrate disparate data sets.
• Support survey design and execution across agencies.
• Provide analytical support for surveys and human capital efforts.
• Manage HR data and conduct analysis.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience, Master's degree with 3 years, or 9 years experience without a degree.
• TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Data analysis experience within the Intelligence Community.
• Proficient in conveying technical findings through various formats.
• Strong Tableau skills.
• Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Python, SQL.
