In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead integration of agile development using the SAFe framework.
• Coordinate risk and schedule management across the enterprise.
• Manage the planning and traceability of user requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on solutions architecture.
• Collaborate with teams to align system requirements with operational needs.
• Support technical assessments and systems integration efforts.
• Conduct and lead various engineering studies and assessments.
• Plan strategic interfaces and alignment of agile processes.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for task tracking and release planning.
• Promote process improvement in line with SAFe methodology.
• Facilitate Major Systems Acquisitions for cross-boundary coordination.

This role requires you to have:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly.
• Experience managing complex processes in large-scale environments.
• Leadership experience in Agile and systems engineering.
• Extensive experience in the Intelligence Community focusing on system acquisition.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for process management.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
