The Data Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making through data-centric tasks for the US 4th Infantry Division.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain division dashboards and scorecards
- Execute data projects with cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement a data literacy program
- Establish data governance standards
- Implement data security measures per Army and DoD guidelines

This role requires you to have:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with BS/BA; 6 years with MS/MA; 3 years with PhD
- Expertise in Elasticsearch, Apache NiFi, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, and Python for ETL processing
- Capable of creating and automating ETL pipelines with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Logstash
- Proficient in integrating datasets from various sources for cohesive analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI
- U.S. Citizenship and Active Secret clearance
