In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on ticket status, outages, downtime, and other metrics.
• Distribute reports to stakeholders regularly.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to teams and management.
• Work with management to identify and resolve issues.
• Offer insights for telecom upgrades based on vendor and client data.
• Submit cost analysis reports and identify anomalies.
• Advise on project evaluation and recommendations.
• Utilize MS Excel for tracking information and creating reports.
• Investigate and update report exceptions.
• Contribute to developing knowledge base articles and procedures.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience or a high school diploma with 6+ years' experience.
• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency with conditions.
• Strong knowledge of networking and telecommunications.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting, with experience in Python or similar scripting languages.
• Advanced skills with Excel spreadsheets, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Reporting expertise using Service Now, SPLUNK, and other sources.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
