In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate across departments to integrate MLS data into the company's systems.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to support data pipeline delivery.
• Design and implement tools for managing new data KPIs.
• Cultivate expertise in real estate data across teams.
• Establish and uphold data quality KPIs.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend new data sources.
• Contribute to the growth of the Data & Analytics team.
• Create and maintain BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years experience in data analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with AWS tools
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Documentation and project management skills
• Capability to convey insights to varied audiences
• Willingness to work in NYC office thrice weekly
