In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance robust data pipelines connecting millions of property listings and real estate data sources.
• Design automated governance systems for impeccable data quality and observability.
• Upgrade data infrastructure for swift MLS onboarding nationwide.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to convert raw data into insightful decision-making tools.

This role requires you to have:

• Over 4 years of data engineering experience with proficiency in Python, SQL, or Kotlin.
• Proven ability in designing and deploying data pipelines with third-party APIs, handling batch and real-time data streams.
• Skilled in workflow orchestration using tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect.
• Experience with cloud architecture, especially AWS, and services like S3, SQS, RDS, EMR, Glue, Athena, and Lambda.
• Proficiency in working with data warehouses such as redshift, snowflake, ClickHouse, or Google BigQuery.
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, GitHub actions, Terraform, or Jenkins.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and implementation of cloud data lake solutions.
• Effective communication skills for conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
