Performix seeks a Data Analyst to maintain the quality and integrity of master data within the Global Foods Enterprise. The role involves collaborating with multiple business functions and the Corporate Global team. This key position focuses on data governance and process improvement opportunities to support business data requirements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Oversee the quality, consistency, and integrity of master data.
• Lead, manage, and execute business data requirements.
• Enforce data governance policies and define data standards.
• Monitor data quality and ensure accurate master data across systems.
• Act as the primary guardian of 'single source of truth' for master data.
• Serve as liaison between Business Unit and Global DT&D/Service Delivery.
• Analyze Business Unit data to identify improvements.
• Refine and document regional data definitions based on global standards.
• Review and approve account/customer requests for accuracy.
• Conduct data quality analyses and resolve data quality issues.
• Identify duplicate records in Salesforce and SAP.
• Link and ensure consistency between Salesforce and SAP data.
• Develop data quality rules and drive continuous improvement.
• Educate stakeholders on data-related requirements.

This role requires you to have:

• Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to break down complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS-Excel.
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce.
