In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customer data sources and business teams to maintain data accuracy and update.
• Monitor and analyze the Master Data Management (MDM) system, including servers and real-time processes.
• Conduct manual data consolidation and handle large-scale data operations via batch processing and ETL tools.
• Handle service improvements, troubleshoot data failures, and provide impact analysis.
• Resolve incidents related to MDM applications and participate in cross-regional team collaboration.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5 years of progressive experience.
• 4 years of experience supporting IBM Master Data Management (MDM) applications.
• Expertise in SQL and relational databases like Oracle and MSSQL.
• Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming and using Informatica Power Center.
• Experience handling customer data and ensuring compliance with data regulations.
