The Software Organization at PFL requires a Data Engineer to enhance data analytics, push business growth, and derive actionable insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize data pipelines for analytics and BI reporting.
• Build and manage ETL workflows for data transformation and storage.
• Design scalable data models supporting business intelligence.
• Leverage SQL and cloud-based tools to enhance data processing.
• Enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Implement data governance best practices for quality controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
• Educate teams on data-driven decision-making practices.
• Develop AI/ML pipelines in production.

This role requires you to have:

• Advanced SQL skills for query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
