• Create dashboards and reports using BI tools like Qlik and Power BI.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product performance and user experience issues.
• Develop predictive models for strategic initiatives.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to guide decisions.
• Ensure 340B program compliance and audit preparedness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance gaps.
• Support product development with market research and competitive analysis.
• Engage with cross-functional teams for product delivery.
• Translate analytical findings into recommendations for stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
• 5+ years in data-centric roles within pharmaceutical or healthcare.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools like Qlik or Power BI.
• Experience with ETL processes and 340B regulations.
• Product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
