Photon is in search of a Data Analyst with a knack for Customer Data Platforms and Conversion APIs, aiming to optimize marketing performance and support business objectives. This role focuses on using data to provide valuable insights, particularly within the e-commerce and Quick Service Restaurant industries. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze customer and transactional data for actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics.
• Configure and manage mParticle or similar CDPs.
• Implement and maintain Google and Meta Conversion APIs.
• Optimize the e-commerce customer journey and analyze QSR-specific metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven alignment.
• Implement data quality checks and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience in e-commerce or QSR industries.
• Expertise in mParticle or similar CDPs.
• Proficiency in Google and Meta Conversion APIs.
• Strong SQL skills and data visualization tools proficiency.
• Experience in analyzing marketing campaigns and retention strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
