In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Refine biomass growth models to predict growth under varying environmental conditions.
• Conduct digital-twin simulations for new cultivation system development.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and guide cultivation improvements.
• Manage data processes, including acquisition, cleaning, and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with software teams to integrate models into operational software.

This role requires you to have:

• Understanding of biological and biochemical processes.
• Experience in modeling, simulation, and digital-twin simulation.
• Proficiency in data management and feature engineering.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple priorities.

You would benefit from having:

• Ph.D. or MS with experience in computational biology or related fields.
• Expertise in Python programming and complex differential equations.
• Experience with numerical optimization and statistical modeling.
• Full-cycle skills in simulation planning and execution.
