In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage data related to platform usage and health, overseeing platform performance data and reporting processes
- Collaborate with technology to improve platform health and efficiency
- Provide onboarding and user support for enterprise analytic and big data platforms
- Monitor and analyze platform performance for optimization
- Communicate downstream implications of platform or governance changes
- Report on the performance of big data platforms and tools
- Present updates to leadership and business partners during working group meetings
