The role of a Power BI Data Analyst is integral in transforming data into powerful visual narratives, aligning with client goals and the firm's global standards.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into effective data visualizations.
• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Gather and analyze requirements to align with client objectives.
• Conduct ETL processes for cohesive dataset creation.
• Analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Maintain and optimize Power BI reports for accuracy and performance.
• Provide training and support on Power BI tools and best practices.
• Work with data engineers to optimize data models for analysis.
• Stay updated with Power BI features and industry trends.

This role requires you to have:

• Over six years of experience in Power BI report development.
• Strong DAX and Power Query knowledge.
• Understanding of star schema dimensional modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Snowflake.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Certifications in Power BI or related tools.
• Familiarity with DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, and Power BI Report Builder.
• Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning.
