In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis using PLI's tools to identify business opportunities.
- Generate custom utilization reports to assist account managers in expanding customer accounts.
- Mentor and train new team members.
- Oversee account strategy workflows utilizing Salesforce and PowerBI.
- Collaborate with sales and account management to address business and client needs.
- Create internal reports and present information to senior membership services management.
- Analyze customer behavior using SQL and provide operational reporting.

This role requires you to have:
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or related fields.
- Strong command of Cognos 8, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
