In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis using PLI's tools to identify business opportunities.
• Generate custom utilization reports to assist account managers in expanding customer accounts.
• Mentor and train new team members.
• Oversee account strategy workflows utilizing Salesforce and PowerBI.
• Collaborate with sales and account management to address business and client needs.
• Create internal reports and present information to senior membership services management.
• Analyze customer behavior using SQL and provide operational reporting.

This role requires you to have:

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or related fields.
• Strong command of Cognos 8, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
