In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze historical data and trends to support strategic growth efforts aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with growth teams to provide insights on data utilization for enhanced performance.
• Lead complex data analytics projects, including target list management and predictive scoring.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques for uncovering patterns and identifying growth opportunities.
• Address data quality issues and implement data governance practices.
• Design and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into key performance metrics.
• Prepare and present marketing insights to stakeholders.
• Stay current with trends in growth strategies and AI.
• Build and execute data pipelines from internal and external sources.
• Manage data infrastructure platforms for ad-hoc growth-focused projects.
• Conduct data validation tests and ensure correct data storage formats.

This role requires you to have:

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or engineering.
• Experience with reporting tools like SalesForce or Hubspot.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.
• Proficiency in programming languages for data handling and presentation.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Technical expertise in data models, data mining, and segmentation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL database design.
• Experience managing large datasets across systems.
• Ability to develop solutions for complex problems.
