In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze historical data and trends to support strategic growth efforts aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with growth teams to provide insights on data utilization for enhanced performance.
- Lead complex data analytics projects, including target list management and predictive scoring.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques for uncovering patterns and identifying growth opportunities.
- Address data quality issues and implement data governance practices.
- Design and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into key performance metrics.
- Prepare and present marketing insights to stakeholders.
- Stay current with trends in growth strategies and AI.
- Build and execute data pipelines from internal and external sources.
- Manage data infrastructure platforms for ad-hoc growth-focused projects.
- Conduct data validation tests and ensure correct data storage formats.

This role requires you to have:
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or engineering.
- Experience with reporting tools like SalesForce or Hubspot.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.
- Proficiency in programming languages for data handling and presentation.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Technical expertise in data models, data mining, and segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with SQL database design.
- Experience managing large datasets across systems.
- Ability to develop solutions for complex problems.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or data engineering certification.
