HR Data Analyst, Principal - Remote

This role is pivotal in designing and leading HR analytics products, ensuring strategic business decisions are well-informed. The position involves collaborating with senior leadership to enhance the organization's data literacy and support the Talent Analytics team's growth.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture partnerships with leadership to promote data-driven decision-making within the organization.
• Consult on talent issues, converting them into data-driven questions, and leading the development of solutions.
• Create presentations to communicate findings persuasively to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead analytics projects to support HR and talent strategies, analyzing KPIs for trends.
• Stay informed on analytics trends and technology to advance the organization's business intelligence capabilities.
• Guide and mentor team members as part of coaching responsibilities.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of HR technology support with experience in HR reporting or analytics.
• 3 years of experience with Workday Report Writing, SQL, or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
