In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure solutions deliver business value by working with Solution Product Owners and engineers.
• Take ideas to delivery and analyze business needs with a focus on end-user outcomes.
• Refine user stories and support deployment into production.
• Communicate product vision aligned with business strategy.
• Perform UI/UX design and screen mock-ups with design tools.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and feedback within the team.
• Support collaboration within established Communities of Practice.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of analytical or business process change experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with PBM or healthcare, including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance such as HIPAA.
• Experience in Agile software development.
