In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Enhance data reliability, efficiency, and quality by reconciling technical, analytical, and product requirements.
- Provide data engineering expertise to boost efficiency across technologies and establish data management standards.
- Design and integrate data systems to support analytics and insights.
- Document and maintain complex data management processes and architectures.
- Advise on technical decisions affecting various teams and drive the adoption of new technologies.
- Mentor team members and lead project efforts.
- Influence project direction and ensure compliance with controls and regulations.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree with 6-10 years' experience or Master's degree with 2-8 years' experience.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Scala.
- Experience with data modeling techniques and data structures.
- Ability to work with business intelligence reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- AWS certifications like Data Engineering Associate or Machine Learning Associate.
